Generally, appreciated this great accommodation with perfect staff especially the receptionist. Views of the Sea of Marmara and the Asian side of the city were excellent, the room was huge and bright. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Also, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient. Also, location was marvellous and unbeatable, relatively near a Holy mosque. Actually everything was very easy, my next choice again in Istanbul;))

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and there were a few things we liked about our experience. the hotel offered a transfer service from the airport, which was a great convenience and saved us from dealing with potentially scamming taxi drivers. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect, with major sights within walking distance. We were able to explore the city easily without having to travel too far. Lastly, the hotel staff were very helpful and made our holiday enjoyable.

There were a few things we didn't like about this hotel. the rooms were a bit small and cramped.

The hotel is terrific and fairly clean, has good views of the sea and the Blue Mosque.

The hotel is perfectly located near key landmarks like the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and offer amazing views from the terrace. The staff, especially Mr. Jafer, are accommodating and helpful, arranging airport transfers and providing tour advice. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Biz Cevahir Hotel is located in the most lively part of the city of Istanbul. All what you need is just steps away. the most important historical site in Istanbul is walking distance. In addition tram and buses transportation is also near by. The staff is very friendly and kind. the hotel is very new, modern and boutique and one of the best in Sultan Ahmad area. I stayed One week in this hotel and I love it and will come back again in my next visit to Istanbul. I strongly recommend it.

The only thing that I did not like is the size of the double bed. The size is queen but the room is quite large.

The hotel is extremely well located, right by the Blue Mosque and between the Sultanahmet Cami and Aya Sophia. It is within walking distance of the best parts of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff are friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast offered a wide assortment of delicious food.

Everything is what we need and want.

Our stay at your hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Istanbul. We thoroughly enjoyed your hotel. It was ideally located to all the major attractions, all within walking distance. The room was beautiful, and very clean. The bathroom and shower were wonderful! Everyone at the hotel was so friendly, helpful and nice to us. One night we had a problem closing our window and the person at the desk immediately came upstairs to help us. They made us feel right at home. The bottle of water, apples and coffee in our room were a nice touch. The shops and street right around the hotel were all beautiful and quaint. We felt safe at all times. On our next trip, we will definitely stay at your hotel! Loved every minute!

We would have liked to see a few more things for the breakfast buffet. The items you had were delicious, just would have liked a bigger selection.

Tasty breakfast with good choice of food options. A really quiet area, marvellous location near to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia and Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Underground Cistern.

Unbeatable location near a veritable sea of shops, only 5 minutes walk from a Holy mosque. Obliging staff especially the receptionist, quiet rooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony, a great WiFi, and a mini-bar in the room.

One of the best features of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated in the heart of the Sultanahmet area, it is conveniently located near the beautiful SultanAhmet square and in a quiet cobbled street. This makes it the perfect base for exploring the nearby attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Additionally, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options.

All in all, I had a great experience at this hotel, and there is really nothing significant that I believe could be improved.
